COMPANY OVERVIEW

Forest Protection Limited (FPL), incorporated since 1952, is a federally licensed aerial operator with offices located at the Fredericton (CYFC) and Miramichi (CYCH) airports in New Brunswick, Canada. We provide our clients various services, equipment and aircraft for fire management, vegetation management, pest management, airborne weather collection, aerial granular spreading, aerial surveys, integrated DGPS/GIS mapping, aerial photography and inspections of all kind. Our aircraft include; the world's only operational fleet of seven Grumman Avenger TBM-3E air tankers; three AirTractor 802F air tankers; one M-18 Dromader; two Cessna 337; two Cessna 188 AgTruck; one Cessna 210; and one Cessna 206. Aircraft equipment includes data logging capabilities for a variety of attributes; DGPS controlled booms; variable speed flow control; 100 Hz digital radar altimeters (AGL); real time DGPS position; and real time airborne meteorology with air to ground telemetry if required.
